Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@eternaloverflow.com and we will find the best solution together.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Free of stains, odors, or pet hair
- All original tags, including hangtags, must remain attached
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
As each piece is made to order, items that have been personalized or are part of a limited drop may be final sale unless defective.
Return Options
Upon contacting us, we will present you with the available options based on your situation. Options may include a partial refund, store credit, or a size or color exchange. We will always work toward a solution that is fair and practical for both parties.
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns within the United States. Return labels are provided electronically after approval.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please contact us at support@eternaloverflow.com. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@eternaloverflow.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@eternaloverflow.com.
Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend first filing a claim directly with the carrier, as they will require information only you can provide as the recipient. Once you have done so, please contact us at support@eternaloverflow.com with your claim reference number and we will follow up on your behalf. If the carrier cannot confirm the loss, we will review the case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. As each item is made to order, certain limited drops or personalized items may be final sale unless defective.
EU Customers — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a European Union address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
