SHIPPING POLICY — ETERNAL OVERFLOW

Craftsmanship & Production

Each Eternal Overflow piece is knit as a single continuous garment on demand in our Brooklyn, NY facility. No seams. No excess. Because every order is crafted specifically for you, production generally takes 5 business days, with a maximum of 9 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum required.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 additional business days depending on your location. Total delivery time from order to arrival is generally 8–10 business days, with a maximum of 14 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays due to weather or high volume periods may impact delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@eternaloverflow.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Eternal Overflow is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
