When we chose Zegna Baruffa Cashwool®, we chose more than a yarn. We chose a company that has been doing things the right way for 170 years.
Merino wool rewards careful handling. Hand wash cold with a gentle wool detergent, no wringing or twisting. A delicate machine cycle at 30°C maximum is also suitable.
Lay flat to dry away from heat and direct sunlight. Never tumble dry. If ironing is needed, use a low setting with a pressing cloth, never iron directly on the wool.
Fold, don't hang, hanging will cause the garment to lose its shape over time. Store folded in a cool, dry place.
Some light pilling may occur with wear. This is a natural characteristic of fine merino wool, not a defect. A fabric comb will easily restore the surface.
